As per FMCSA they have to be insured. I doubt its Geico... it may not be my insurance company or yours.. but they are insured though some form of insurance. Really.

And why wouldn't they be self-insured?

I would imagine that they probably are. Therefore they are insured.

65mph x 11 hours=715 miles. And that's IF you're able to average exactly 65mph over the entire shift which isn't possible in a 65mph truck. So you're full of it, driver. But thanks for playing!
And the rich get richer, although this is no surprise, anybody else would do the same thing.
By "the rich get richer" do you mean Tracy Morgan or the largest and most profitable retailer in the world? I'm pretty sure they'll settle as their driver is clearly at fault.

If you think my post was trolling, my apologies to you, Sir. I am a moderator on two other forums & it was not my intent to troll.

I made a post, someone asked for clarity on my opinion, I answered that post & then you asked for clarity on my opinion. I simply explained my stance/opinion for the question you asked.

Again, if you thought I was trolling, I apologize.

    Shaggy Thanks this.
