    Wowza this is a bad one.........in no way does it absolve the distracted driver......BUT; if the truck was there for 2 DAYS......that's not responsible activity either. Especially parked as he was. 25 feet off the shoulder in the giggly weeds.......mehh.....MAYBE.....but anchored on the white line for that length of time is just not a professional move.
