    This looks like someone ran a stop sign or light. We have problems in N VA with School busses. They think when 1 bus pulls out of the school they have the right of way and 25 will go. I am not going to let them do it and will let one out and pull up and block the rest in the middle of the street. This ain't Puerto Rico where they drive like that.

    I'm pretty sure every state requires a "special stop" before crossing a sidewalk... and I have yet to see a single school bus ever comply with the requirement.
