    What part of 99 in valley ever going to be completed should fire all those companies and bring in the cement guys that did bakersfield, all three lanes both ways in half the time. and in cement not asphalt

    Reminds me of a driver who had just come down the ramp to EB I-10 from the PHX FJ in the rain, empty. As he approached the next overpass 1 (speeding) truck was passing on his L and another (speeding) truck was passing on his R. Somehow, the combined forces as they passed under the overpass blew him over on his side.
