The mini-van with the stickers in the rear window. But there was a lot of other bizarre and stupid driving going on, too.
-
Cars fault.
-
ABSOLUTELY!!! But several idiots in this one. -
The mini van, also the city truck getting on was a contributor, but the Mini was the cause
-
The truck was at fault failure to maintain lane, i would get the hll out of that mini van nd stay in the lane instead of swerving.
-
Yep, shoulda run that stupid silver van off the road instead of involving the other vehicle and putting his on it's side. Im not rolling my truck because someone wants to be a tool...
-
it'll be the rig and the van. failure to maintain lane for the van, and failure to maintain control for the truck.
-
log truck was speeding but van pulled in front
-
Looks to me like there is "Failure To Yield," on the part of the car AND the bobtail. That is just looking at it from the standpoint of "who all gets ticketed." Of course when it gets into the lawsuit, the will BOTH probably sue the crap out of the log hauler an his company. And how about the idiot with the dash cam, filming his own lane violations!
"Toothpicks," anyone?
