The trainer will probably have to ride with a trainer for 2 weeks to refresh his training so he can return to training trainees...if you follow my train of thought.:biggrin_25523:

No accident report means it for sure wasn't DOT reportable. FMCSA shouldn't hear a thing about it and if they do file a Data-Q on it immediately.

    Well...

One week, and, eleven thousand dollars later.

I'm back on my way to California.

WiFi at the days-inn was rather poor. And so was my cell phone connection.

I'm momentarily thrilled that I don't own the Truck and the repair bill.

Every time they thought they had it fixed. They took it for a test drive and found more problems.

They replaced the bumper and grill. Replaced the radiator. Replaced the vorad system. Fixed a problem with the ABS. And aligned the front end.

Drove 550mi, everything seems to be ok.

    I appreciate everyone's comments.

Well glad to read you are rolling again. Be safe in your travels. Choose your parking spots carefully and setup barriers when parked for the night. lol

That's what lawyers are for, if your friend mentions a lawyer the insurance company will likely start talking settlement and if they don't he/she should call one where you can be assured they will.
