Would THIS have been a "Preventable Accident"

Not sure if Werner forgot he was supposed to go back to the right, but the white International was way out of line. Add, I am shocked at the guys filming this for not realizing they'd be roadkill if those two trailers swapped paint.

 

Both are idiots, although Werner really had no business in the middle lane. "slower traffic keep right"
Chances are if they collided the white truck would have took off.

I don't think so. They would've tangled and threw debris across all three lanes.

Of course it would have been a preventable accident, changing lanes into another vehicle.

EDIT: On the part of the Werner driver though, probably not considered preventable.
