The one guy sure stuffed the "parking lot" pretty good. I just had a friend in Oregon that bought a classic car and had it shipped via open transport. He was concerned about the weather and if it would make it. I said, don't worry, it will be fine. Now, I'm not so sure . The good news is, his car made it, but somebody's car here didn't.
Again, this is just the trade off of our modern, instant gratification society. Cell phones, electronic tracking, " where are you now", gotta get there before our hours run out, and this is the result. Years ago, we took our time, get there when we get there, and I rarely remember stuff like this. One thing for sure, sadly, it keeps the truck makers and trailer makers working, the drug testers working, and right down the line. In a sick way, this stuff is actually good for our economy. -

That curve on I-44 in Rolla Mo. has been famous for truck rollovers for years. I cant count how many I have seen wrecked there over the years.
Missouri DOT rebuilt it 5+ years ago but I have still seen plenty of wrecks there since. Slow down and pay attention and you wont have any
problem. Of course that wont help you when some moron hits you. Best advice is park it till they can get the road cleared. Better late then never.
Everyone of those drivers will end up with a preventable accident on their record. Poor Judgement can cost you your life or someone else theirs.bzinger Thanks this. -
Hi Air Breeze. I'd tend to agree with you. I think the reason people may say that, is the mega's have a big name on the side, so it's easy to point a finger. Also, there are just so many more mega trucks out there, in a situation like this, you're bound to see a mega carrier. Kind of like motorcycle accidents, you never hear of the thousands that never have a problem.
I just get tired of people blaming everything on the " Mega Carriers". Its the driver behind the wheel not the company they
work for that causes these accidents. Slow down an give yourself more following distance. Stay out of packs running together
in a bunch. Don't they teach the Smith System anymore? I have used it for years. IT DOES WORK!"semi" retired Thanks this. -
