    There have been at least two deaths attributed to the brakes not being set and a truck rolling backwards and pinning them into fencing or a building.

    im surprised it wasnt a mid-eastern driver. i can see it now, safety vest strapped on, pedel to the floor at 62mph and yelling "allah ackbar" on the radio just before impact...
