He blocks up a whole driveway just to walk over and pull some guy's 5th wheel pin..... That's real brilliant. I wouldn't mind being the fly on the wall for his next job interview.

The way he acted it looks like he knew the tanker driver. Great practical joke!

Can't believe he did it in broad daylight with all these cameras around.

I'm curious what kind of charges will be brought against the jerk. I tried a Google news search, but without knowing location I'm not sure how to find it.

I had my pin pulled once.. but I was lucky another driver saw it happen..

I drive for werner.. anc had pulled into to fuel.. after fueling I pulled up and went in to use the restroom. .. when I came ojt there were three drivers standing right at my truck face to face yelling at eachother and about to come to blows... I stopped in my tracks... had no clue why they were going at it...
Well.. one driver looked at me and recognized me as the driver of the the truck they were at.. he threw a nasty snarl my way, flipped me off with both hands and walked off... the other two drivers yelled some mofe at him as be walmed off... as I stood there with no clue as to what caused all this... the driver who was in that guys face and looked like he was gonna rip him apart.. looked at me.. and I thought "oh ####" .. i wanfed to run.. but this guh was livid and and i just froze like a deer in headlights... then he told me that the guy had pulled my pin....

Turns out he was in the truck behind me and saw it.. and got out and addressed it with the driver who did it.. the other guy saw it too.. and wasnt going to let it go...

The reason the driver pulled my pin... he had been fired from werner....

So.. I always do a walk around...

Sugar cane haulers are dangerous. Trucks look like held together with straps and bailing wire. Maybe that's why putting a scale on 27.

Jeez. I'm so glad someone saw that and let you know. Otherwise, you'd have caught the same fate from Werner after dropping your trailer.

An old hand taught me to set trl brakes 1st, then pull forward slightly to put all kinds of pressure on the king pin then set your tractor brakes, then nobody can pull that pin not even with a ten foot bar.

Yep, that's my technique. If you're trying to drop a trailer on a downslope and don't set the trailer brakes first and then back into the trailer before setting the tractor brakes you can't pull the pin, it's locked in place. If you want to drop that trailer and make an easy release on the pin you back into the trailer. The opposite applies if you don't want a douchebag to pull your pin.
