2 Dead 3 Injured In Head On Collision-Car Going Wrong Way vs Semi

    3 Police Officers of all people. Sad all the way around. Sad they didn't practice what they enforce. Sad they didn't use a designated driver. Sad a truck driver was where he was and injured as a result. Lord knows, it could have been a family in a mini van or anyone else for that matter and been even worse.

    Most of all, sad they exercised poor judgment.

    I hate to jump to conclusions or armchair quarter back with news like this, but having the driver post photos of himself doing shots hours before on Instagram and then, witnesses including Video cam footage showing the vehicle clearly going the wrong way, in the opposite direction of travel on the Westshore Expressway on Staten Island, pretty much says it all.

    Prayers out to all those involved and affected by this tragedy.

    It's sad when people die like this...even with stupid people...but the drunk driver manages to survive while others(including innocent victims) die because of their stupidity?

    Just a few months ago, an off duty cop drove the wrong way on the Long Island expressway, hit another car head on, and I think both were killed. I know he was. He too was drunk.
