Allow me to rewrite that headline.

"Semitruck collides with Megabus and strikes two vehicles".

Remember the trucker is always at fault.

I concur, wrecks all the time between Indy and Louisville. Day, night, snow, dry, rain, ice, does not matter.....hmmmm maybe I buy a heavy wrecker and move to Seymour......naaaaahhhh.

Too much traffic, not enough road. They need to add two more lanes both north and south of Indy.

    Good thing nobody was killed.

On a side note, it probably would have been much worse if the truck wasn't there to stop the bus from careening through stopped cars.

Maybe the headline should be changed to:
"Semitruck prevents Megabus from demolishing over a dozen occupied vehicles"

That's true, and today something like that can happen very quickly.

Sometime back I got into such a situation, happened quickly, I happen to look in my rear view mirror seeing an 18 wheeler, instead of stopping in the road, I hit the side of the interstate, giving the truck behind me a bit more room.

Not sure, but that gave those behind me a little bit more space to stop without hitting some one. I suppose having drove for many miles in a truck I automatically looked in my rear view mirror when something like that comes up.

You'd be in for some stiff competition from a company called 31 wrecker. They have a shop in Seymour and one in Columbus and about 5 semi wreckers. They do all of our towing for us. I went through that area of the wreck that morning about ten minutes before it happened. Before I got to Greenwood I saw three state trooper flying southbound. Before I got to the north side of Indy it was already on the news. People just don't know how to drive on I-65. They are starting the road construction in the area where the bus wrecked and it is going to be even more of a mess in the next year before they get it done so expect slow goings on I-6 for a long while.
