Horrific.
But, the reality of this is that there is some blood lust, thirsty lawyer ready to attack this truck driver and place all of the blame on him. Because, ya know, had this truck not been in this exact spot when the accident happened, there would be no accident, right? Can't EVER be the fault of someone else. In fact, I bet the lawyer would push the idea that this particular semi driver, "DROVE" this individual to suicide. It was all a plan.
Seriously tho, I hate driving down I-10 in La and seeing all these attorney's with their billboards that advertise, "Been hurt in a accident with a truck? Call Dowey Cheatem and How to file a claim".
PPL make me sick.
Prayers go out to that innocent truck driver and hope he recovers quickly and doesn't have a lifetime of being haunted by the selfishness of the car driver. Prayers also sent to the FAMILY's of both parties.Joetro, pattyj, Giggles the Original and 1 other person Thank this. -
oh yeah. EVEN THO IT WAS PLAINLY the cars fault...if that truck driver was off on his logs at all. ever had a speeding ticket etc..they are gonna dig it all up and try to blame him....i feel sorry for the family of the one who pulled this stunt, but also feel bad for the truck driver and his family...the hell is only starting for him now....
pattyj Thanks this.
