Just paint ball with tracer paint and someway to auto aim and fire at any passing cars while stop sign is deployed.

 

Spike strips don't blow tires, they poke holes in them so they deflate...by the time they were flat and hard to control, he would be down the road...but unqble to move the vehicle...thus easy to track down...

 

You'd probably find them two towns over passing another bus on the right rolling on what's left of the rims....

 

I was thinking the same thing. Bus driver should have been in the right lane,.. or if not a lane,.. should have been closer to the kids. That would have prevented the passing on the right side.

 

If you watch the more detailed news reports you can see that it's a driveway and in order for the car to get around it was in the grass by at least three feet. The doors opened up over the fog line. So to get closer would have had to cut in just before the stop and if car would still tried would have hit the bus or would have swerved in more and got the kids.

I saw another video of people taking curbs and sidewalks to get to work ten seconds faster.....
