Either it was a stolen vehicle or he's on the graydog bus headed home...the plate/truck is from Maryland...and he didn't take any luggage. Maybe it was the real Jason Bourne....

The way his hands were knarled up like that, could be a combination of some neurological problem, maybe the drugs to treat it messing him up, or just on really nasty narcotics , or just plain 2 fries short of a happy meal.
