Big Rig Carrying Popcorn Overturns on I-5 Connector Ramp Big Rig Carrying Popcorn Overturns on I-5 Connector Ramp
News10, CA
SACRAMENTO, CA -- An early morning big rig accident brought problems for drivers on Interstate 5 Wednesday morning.
The rig was carrying popcorn when it overturned on the connector ramp from northbound Interstate 5 to westbound U.S. 50.
The CHP says the rig's driver swerved trying to avoid an animal on the Interstate. The driver wasn't hurt.
The crash did cause a small fuel spill of about a 1/2 a gallon. That has now been cleaned up.

As hot as it is out there they better work fast cleaning up or it could be "popped" corn.
