I love it. You might as well expect a 30 year old trucker with 20 years of experience with grandchildren who is still a virgin.

Get ready to hand your jobs over to drivers from south of the boarder. Another labor source captured by the Government and handed to foreigners. Admit it, the illegal has more rights than the American.

OK...maybe I understand what the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin is talking about in their Body Mass Index and CDL...so they dont want drivers sleeping at the wheel.....I want to ask about our overweight police officers? Can I ask?? I mean really...what affect does that have- they can fall asleep at the wheel after eating all those donuts??? LOL OK-really...what about running after those "bad guys"...pretty soon MD's will ask for ID's and if you have CDL then they wont serve you??? COME ON MAN!!

There are some 10 million people in the US undiagnosed with hypothyroidism. You lose your metabolism and you gain weight. I know first hand. I maintained my weight until 2004 when my thyroid quit working. I gained 60 lbs that year. I can guarantee you half these slobs someone is refering to have medical problems that caused their weight gain.

Medical problems probably caused by the garbage ingested every day. Ironic.

I put on some when I got off a skateboard.
Mostly due to how I run though. I do not eat enough so my body is in starvation mode most of the time. Then when I do get to stop and eat it is also time for sleep.
So I normally do not eat much, but then I go to sleep.
Doing every bad thing that they tell you not to do in a health class.
In order to loose weight you need to eat several small meals a day, and get enough exercise to use those calories.
And never eat a meal within 2-4 hours of sleeping. Or your body will just store all those calories.
By the way, I am 6'1 and when I am in shape and lifting on occasion, I weigh around 220. My last body fat analysis showed my optimal weight as 215.
If I do not work out and just diet constantly I can get down to 205, and that is about it.
I know I need to work out now, but if any idiot ever called me a lard ### or anything to my face they would hit the pavement fast. I do not put up with idiots.

    dieselbear and JimDriv3r Thank this.

I was at home driving local then. Eating balanced home cooked meals and was in shape. Ironic, some of you are just closed minded and ignorant to true facts. Family genes and DNA mean nothing. It's all Twinkees!

I don't know what you ate, but the garbage we all pump into our bodies is bound to cause problems eventually. Fluoride, hfcs, genetically modified foods...none of that is part of a natural diet. Don't be so defensive.
