I have many times logged an entire 34 reset as sleeper berth. Whenver I was questioned about it, I just told the officer that I was never out of the truck for more than 7.5 minutes at a time. He asked me about eating, and I just told him I always eat out of my cooler. Additionally, I've had to argue with a couple of company safety directors about this. Eventually, all sides would leave me alone about it.
Fact of the matter was that I didn't spend the times that I said I did all in the sleeper, but why bother drawing all those lines between lines 1 and 2 and flagging them. I suppose by the letter of the rule I'm falsifying my log, but that's just being really anal to me.

Okay the month is March , according to your last question saying your off 1st,2nd,3rd. I was told to put it this way 3 1/3 13 then the next log woud read 3/4/13.
please someone help me with this. -
You do like your safety department says . They differ . For 3 days off some say put the first day with 24 hours total line 1 .
Some say write 7 hours .
Some log books are printed with a space for number of days off .
BTW you might have been better off starting a new thread rather reviving one almost 6 years old .
