Here in NY they specifically ask you to sound the city horn and air horn separately... At least every inspector I've encountered did.

If you can't get it working, it should be easy to re-wire, the hard part being actually running a wire.

Lilbit, I never realized that you have a REAL MEAN STREAK in you!:biggrin_2559:

If you think the photos are bad, you should see it in person. From the perspective of the medic trying to save the lives of these people. Or the deputy coroner who is picking up the remains. BTDT way too many times.:biggrin_25510:

You just now figuring that out?!?!

The photos are enough for me. I always knew I would never be able to be a cop, EMT, etc. I don't have the stomach for it. I never text while the vehicle is rolling. Good old common sense tells me that.

:smt046 No thanks! Nothing against lilbit, but one lady at a time is almost MORE than I can handle. Wouldn't even dream of trying two at the same time.

    Just 'cause I live in Utah, don't mean I'm one o' them!:biggrin_2559:

    Lilbit Thanks this.

I got pulled over for a inspection. Everything worked until I hit the city horn button...... and ......... :biggrin_25521: ........ nothing. The inspector said " I hope the other one works"

I pulled the cord and :biggrin_25525: all was good.

I was told as long as 1 out of the 2 works is all that matters.

I get differing answers. It seems it appears its up to the inspector.

Either way, I will get this fixed. I had to remove my 1/4 fenders on the fwd drive axle since they were both damaged from DEER last year. Finally got them off, but now I am not sure its another violation if they aren't there. I cant afford new ones right now and the boneyard only has 1 pair and he wants almost the cost of new.
