I am being told to return my medical card and long form to employer upon quitting-is this legal??

I've never heard of that before. Even Swift doesn't do that. Who's the company? I think that medical stuff is your property. Call your state labor department...

it is a big deal. My company makes a copy before I submit it to the DMV. If DeBoer doesn't do it, oh well they shouldn't hold the drivers check.
