DOT medical card to be returned to employer if quit

    I am being told to return my medical card and long form to employer upon quitting-is this legal??

    My employer is telling me if I dont return my medical card and long form I will not get my last paycheck upon quitting-IS THIS LEGAL??

    I've never heard of that before. Even Swift doesn't do that. Who's the company? I think that medical stuff is your property. Call your state labor department...

    deboer out of WI-I am questioning the legalities here.yes they paid for exam.I have never been told to do this and have run for all kinds of co's good/bad

    it is a big deal. My company makes a copy before I submit it to the DMV. If DeBoer doesn't do it, oh well they shouldn't hold the drivers check.
