Was running the I70 East from Topeka, KS to KC, KS when at the last toll booth the Ktag only line didnt let me pass, was like oh hell no. It was night time btw, this ever mess up for anyone else? Lady closed her cash lane right next to me and had me move up and walked up asked for my ktag number from window sticker then gave me a thin silver transparent plastic sheet/baseball card holder looking thing and walked off seeming annoyed she had to walk 20ft

Anyone know what this is for? Maybe a small trash bag?
