I tried to find an answer to each state. It would take all day. About half of them have rules for beer, wine and spirits individually or as a group. Some require the carriers to have a permit to come through their state. Some states have a permit that is attached to the bills.
Some states nothing. I'll call our company licensing and permit guy later. He can give me a quick answer. -
i know ny has an permit for alcohol transporting--some how my truck got stuck with it--which meant a few short crappy hauls
not sure about the regs but i had one miserable dot officer in michigan tell me i couldnt log sleeper berth if i was in front part of truck--seems ridiculous to me tho--the curtains cover the windows as well and i didnt see a magic line drawn as to just where the sleeper portion starts and stops -
