I was able to find a spot on line and purchase my psp report for $10 bucks. Looks like keep your nose clean and make sure your company is doing what it is suppose to be doing and there shouldn't be any problems. Thanks for all the responses.

Carriers who receive an FMCSA targeted intervention due to high Driver Basic scores, Those drivers can expect down time while they go through remedial training. Videos and lectures in a classroom environment. I've seen the classroom materials. -
Case in point:
I driver I know(not a friend he's an ###) was going to get a speeding warning in Illinois. He ended up calling the IL state trooper all sorts of names, until the trooper finally wrote him a speeding ticket. The driver, of course, then fought the ticket in court.
Turns out the trooper documented the driver behavior on the report in which they brought it up in court. The drivers attorney then explained to the judge, that through current CSA rules the driver needed the citation and not a warning so the driver could legally contest the accusation.
Turns out the judge was so appalled by CSA's apparent negation of due process. The judge threw the ticket out with extreme predjudice. -
Sounds like "the driver you know" told a truck driver story. Did it start with "you ain't gonna believe this"?
