This thread is strictly for those who have been trashed by DAC or who wish to join in the battle to ensure HIRERIGHT may only post verified information. It's going to be a long row to hoe, but if we don't get started on it, companies will continue to trash us.
50% of all information on DAC is FALSE. Driver's careers have been stopped cold and they are losing their houses and way of life... due to a DAC.
Rules for posting in this thread are that you must be on board, not here to criticize. If you're not here to help, but to cause problems, then leave and don't post.
If you've been trashed, post a little of your situation. We will get enough posts to go to OOIDA to renew a battle against DAC.

a law firm that has DONE extensive research, and has ALL the data on file..??
a government watchdog group looking out for us..??
good luck.....you'll need it.
and good luck with your "rules" for keeping people away from an OPEN forum.....
any problem I HAVE HAD with DAC, i was able to clear up myself...
so if one cannot provide proof of correct information, how does one provide proof of inaccurate information...???
and what is the criteria of the information given, word of mouth, stats from law firms...on pending lawsuits..??
what information is not true, employment dates, accidents, absences, drug/alcohol tests, driving records..????...etc,etc... -
Results? What's going with this
-
There's also been more than a few companies that put false info on DEC reports when drivers got fed up with their bs and left.
-
Yeah, I would have to take issue with the 50% of information on the DAC is false. Might not paint a nice rosie picture, but false is a bit of stretch. That being said, it does need to be tightened up how the information is used, what is allowed to be put in there, and easier dispute resolution. It does need reigned in a little. Of course, those that have been negatively affected by DAC are going to believe it is totally skewed to mess with drivers. That is understandable. If I was wronged in this way, I would be furious too!
