    So now they may be in a pickle.The driver of the pickup truck gets a attorney,the attorney ask for maintenance records.Bar S. doesn't have them. The impounded vehicle can be diesekted."how ever you spell it.: Just sounds like more problems than there could have been..

    What if a company
    does not keep their trucks and equipment up and registered, and you get a warning or ticket, does it go against my points or the owner's?

    IF YOU get an inspection, you get a warning ticket, it goes on your CSA score and the companies.
