Can We Run Intrastate? Waiting On Authority Approval

    Is it legal to take an intrastate load while waiting on approval for my interstate authority? We have insurance, IFTA stickers, DOT number, MC number, UCR is paid, and all tags are current. State is Georgia.

    I don't want to give false info here, but, I think if the load originates and terminates in one state, you should be OK. However, if the load originated in another state and was warehoused for instance in your state, then you grabbed it to continue on to the consignee in your state, it could be a problem.
