hurry MI Kingpin setting???

    Normally I would not worry, but I am relaying the trailer with another driver who is going to Michigan.

    Old company literature says 40ft to center of rear axle, same as Cali.

    But I think my 06 Map says 43.5ft to center of group....hard to tell first few pages messed up...

    Can anyone help, need to know in a few minutes...

    Next time just type in Yahoo.com and type in the "Michigan trucking law's" and look for the "State" MTO website and all the info you need will be there. Might be a little hard to find the answer you want sometimes. Of course if you are in a hurry for an answer that is.

    I thought that 41' from the kingpin to the center of the tandem assembly on 53' trailers was federal law.
