You can have your UCR info faxed to a truckstop by your company. My guess is that they had it done and just did not put the paper in your truck.

I don't know all I know is he put the dot numbers in the computer and said it wasn't paid. He said last years was paid just not paid for this year.

There is no requirement to carry proof of UCR in the vehicle. There is no form, nothing to fax.
Any DOT officer can check the FMCSA website for current UCR information. If it shows not paid for the current year, a citation can be issued. Like any citation, it is made out to the driver, because at the time of stop the driver legally represents the carrier.

This would probably be a good time to remind drivers that 2290's need to be taken care of too.....
The IRS is not sending out notices either.......

Just got off the phone with my boss the UCR is paid and we will see what happens when the violation comes. I looked up the info it looks like it was 1500 dollars for the size of our fleet

The one violation I got from LA took like 3 weeks to get in the mail and then you have another 30 days to pay it.
When you post forms or such you can go into PAINT and black out personal info with a brush and some black.
