Hell I heard just the other day the new ones at Ardmore(I-65 NB mm6) have to pay for their new coop so have been writing an inordinate amount of tickets to poor ol' broke down truckers. Manchester is supposedly equally vicious. Never had any problems at either one.

But yes all of those inspections at Banning or any scale will be factored into a companies SMS ranking.
Did I say that I have trouble crossing Banning? NO genius I did NOT! I have one negative on my CSA (no BOL# on my Qualcom while under dispatch). Not bad for a guy doing 70-80K miles a year with haz-mat. I know how to talk to pukes. I just choose to speak of them as they are, worthless pukes who only want to harm hard working men and women who have no avenue to defend themselves against unjust "accusations" that prove to be just as damaging as being convicted. This is becoming the norm for CHP, no reports to do, no worry about having to see the driver in court, no repercussions for falsely accusing a driver, its becoming obvious that CSA was designed to make the job of pukes easier without considering the damage it could do to a drivers life.

Why is it the ones screaming the tragic unfairness of it all claim no issue in passing. Feel absolutely free to avoid any Officer doing his publicly appointed job by inspecting your commercial vehicle. Stay off public roads and you will no longer bearing the burden of those" Pukes".

Just an observation though if every one you run into is an arse, or a douche, or a puke maybe they are not the problem.Just something to consider.

Geez Guntoter I have yet to have a problem with any of those so called pukes. As matter of fact I had one of those"pukes" at the Banning scales tell the reason the majority of drivers that get tickets is due to their attiude.

As I said, I dont get tickets at Banning or any other scale for that matter. My complaint is not with the idea of enforcing the law, in fact I am happy to see an OOS on a 20 year old POS with bailing wire holding the fuel tank on.
My complaint is with the new M.O. that allows the lazy cops to just scribble a few V.C. violations on a "warning" then tell a driver "hey you're not getting a ticket, you dont have to pay anything"...Then he turns that in to DOT and the driver has NO RECOURSE to defend himself but it still counts as a negative when he tries to get another job. This happens 200 times a day at Banning.
I encourage anyone who has a cop give them a "warning" and its something that you are SURE you have not done... PLEASE tell him to write a citation and not a warning and go to court. Or you can all just keep complaining on the internet about how unfair CSA is.

NO, its only a hatred for people who enjoy ruining other peoples lives. Sort of like hating child molesters and IRS agents.
Im really a fun person to be around i think, most of my friends enjoy being around me but they have learned to NOT talk about cops when Im around.
