non preventable accidents

thanks again everyone, Dac is clean,driving record is clean and no csa points at all spotless. I take pride in my job and view my license as a privilege and have worked very hard to maintain them. Just happen to have 2 freak things happen totally out of my control. I have looked back a 1000 times to see if they could of been avoided or prevented on my part but just dont see how.

I have reported them to a potential employer and have a interview next week. Hopefully all goes well.
