Found that site last night, along with a many others but, none list the 390.2 or the 390.21(b). I can only assume that those two do not fall under the CSA guidelines, or BASICS, like over-weight axle tickets. The 390.2 is for brakes out of adjustment on a trailer.

They shoild do what florida does. The local tax collector who handles DL will scan you Med papers and attach a pdf file to your electronic records kept in the state capital.

They could do what Illinois does.

They scan them and the give you a certification showing you provided it as well.

New York has been screwy on this as well, when I got my current medical card, they state only allowed mail-in certification, and only if you get a notice that current card is about to expire. No procedures at all if you just got a new certification before your current one expires. I tried calling NYDMV's information line in Albany, but just got a busy signal. Tried my local dmv, and they were just as frustrated as well.

The state of Tennessee will not assume responsibility for a lost fax even if they are the ones that lose it.....the only way to get verification that they have received your medical card info and that the info has been entered by them into their database is for you to call them. I repeat, they will revoke your license if they lose your medical card information. How is that for down home service???

The DMV I went to in TN would not accept my medical card....I had to have it faxed in to the state office. That was several months ago, so perhaps that has changed, or perhaps Memphis DMV has a different procedure.....

I went to the DMV in Martin TN in January and they would not take my medical card info, and said it had to be faxed into Nashville.
TN has no income tax so they have no money to pay for government services......unemployment claims are handled the same way, you can only call or fax info to Nashville.

Unemployment has changed since 2001 then. Or again is different in shelby county. I went to unemployment office and gave all the info to the lady. She called former employer with me sitting there then finished processsing the info. Told me money would start in two.weeks and I had to call an automated phone line every week until I was employeed again.

Unless you get your license from Nashville, you will be received a paper copy until Nashville sends a hard copy to your house within 20 days or so...waiting for mine now...crazy.
