Are there any Loadtrek EOBR users here?

I'm looking for feedback on the Loadtrek system. Used mainly by postal contractors but I've heard also used in oilfield equipment. Does anybody have any feedback they'd like to share?

We use loadtrek and let me tell you that it flat out sucks. Doesn't log you off a lot of the times. Sometimes when you log off it will automatically log you back on a few hours later. Nothing that dispatch can't fix but it's still a pain in the ### to call and ask to edit your logs.

    Sublime Thanks this.

That's been our experience as well. I posted this mainly to try and confirm others are having the same problems, cause when I call Lt they act as if our company is the only one having problems.

The only thing I like about the loadtrek is being able to log onto the site from my phone or computer to check hours and whatnot.

Does your company send loads through load trek? That's another function that doesn't work most of the time.

Yes, some of our drivers do have a problem getting their routes. If it doesn't come up automatically they have to do a manual request which can be problematic at first but eventually they get it. I don't know if it's a in-cab unit problem or a server problem or what. It seems to happen mostly to those who use the same truck everyday. I can get into any truck and it works most of the time but I'm always jumping around to different trucks. I used to be able to clear the cache on the units to clean up route downloads but they don't offer that functionality anymore. :biggrin_2557:

We love the ability to dispatch online! I send a mass text at the end of the day and they all go online to see what they're doing. No more phone calls. :)

Our company uses Loadtrek and we really hate it. I'm extremely nervous about using this product when the mandate comes into effect. The lack of support is beyond real. Considering we've already spent so much money on the system, replacement parts not including the man hours of having to contact support and with NO responses is terrible. We have so many problems we really don't know what to do.

O you get that from them also. We are constantly on the phone with them and they make me feel the same way also saying that our drivers must be doing something wrong, or it must have something to do with the way it was installed. NEVER ONCE admitting that the unit is a piece of crap.

Is that why you're never available when I call in.
