chickenhouse inspection

Speaking of pti...at one company I worked at out of Minnesota, I had to do a swap with a driver, and the trailer he handed me had only one bulb on the thing working, and that was a brake light. No markers, no tail lights, no clearance lights, nada. I asked the other driver if he knew about that and if the lights were working when he did his pretrip, his reply was "what's a pretrip?" I just about fell over when he said that. I wish I was making this up.
