Never met a CHP I didn't like....to be honest. Got a roadside in Weed last year.......was a rather pleasant experience......if all CHP'S were like this guy.....I would say "no sir I don't have duplicates" we would both agree on the whole "common sense" thang!

Dude you are so far out there till you must be sitting on the moon as you are typing your post! First off all these confusing laws rules regs just to drive a truck only serve to do one thing! Wrap a rope around your neck when it comes court date. Workman's Comp, Wrongful Termination, Accident, Dock man bust YOU upside your head! You name it it will be that which the Safety departments and or owners of these companies you to hang you high so that all will see you are an unsafe driver and dump you like a bad turd! N
Nitpick you to death to justify someone keeping their jobs is another reason.
Think about this... Why did the rules get complex THEN they all pretended that we are too stupid to know how to log in the right manner and form instead of the rules getting easyier?
We are being sold down the river and guys like yourself (Don't take it personal their are many of you with rose colored glasses on and some are just flat out butt kissers) that think this is the best thing since sliced bread.
Dude I have a freind who has her own truck making good bread with the good paying loads are around that refused to take breath test and EVEN the lawyer she hooked up with said he WOULD NOT take it EITHER! Now if he won't take it what does that tell you and I'm sure the laywers over at OOIDA know something is going to happen down the road to drivers all across the country its only a matter of time bud.

From the point of view from the bible its known as (((666))) Remember those little numbers??? I am not a christian per se but I am spiritual and yes some parts of the bible are true some are a flat out lie when science gets involved BUT some things stand out as being hands down TRUE and this is one of em right here as you grab it with your RIGHT hand think about it bud.

And speaking of christians you don't hear many on the CB or Trucking shows speaking up do ya??? Seems the beast got them by the balls too!

Again I am not a church going man but there has to be at least ONE christian that is ready to go all the way to Supream court and challenge this law that runs afowl of his/her biblical principals AND shame the good ol boys (AND by the way live in the south) who own the trucking companies into submission to GOD not lawyers not laws and or MONEY!!!

There is a better way to fix this problem and more laws ain't it the MARK ain't it, from where I and many others sit a 180 degree turn is long overdue in this industry and the world.

I challenge any and all of you to just shut them down and wash that mark off of your right hand and take back your industry, country and souls from the real demons! Lawyers and Lawmakers are the Devils among us possessed by MONEY and POWER and they have us scared of our own government too???

I thought they work for us not the other way around!?!?!
