Need to see your DOT number...... there's more here than one stop and one rouge driver........even the chambers and the log bit....not enough to pull authority. Way too many real bad players out there for you garner this type of attention, this fast and this drastic........like busses.

Get a hold of Acme, Landstar or a host of others and make a deal to broker or run under their authority and bill through them so you can move again. Do what you have to and sell what you have too. And don't even think of operating under suspension........you will get caught and it will hurt your wallet badly, I promise. ( see it done )

Oh trust me, I will not move my two trucks with a revoked DOT.
The DOT is asking me for a letter and proof of the issues being fixed, I already sent it.
I also sent them the BOL and the broker confirmation for the load he was carrying.
Hopefully it helps to prove that I had nothing to do with that driver and truck.

Big mistake in not ensuring all #'s removed but at the same time I know of some shady characters ( years back ) who would copy the decals off a truck they saw at a truck stop to run 1 or 2 hot loads with an old piece of junk , some top notice outfits use to repaint their trucks so no one could pretend to be them after the truck was sold

I got it from the owner of the company he was supposed to be running under.
He's my friend and even that he will get part of the heat is doing the right thing.

Go get a lawyer and sue the pos for every day you are down, loss wages, drivers wages, etc...etc...
if you do it right you may end up with your old truck back....

right, so by my meaning, hate when I have to spell everything out to people and make sure it's correct spelling and all.

    he sold truck......no longer his
dummy used dot number got into trouble....
Op turns around sues pos and gets the truck back which makes it his again.....

i know, I know really hard to follow

    here is post 10....

now let's examine this first part....

ok he didn't sell truck, that is fine my bad but the point remains....

he can sue the guy! take what he can and still end up with the truck (which means he will own it) really are we going to get hung up on what one can or cannot do here.

Now is the truck really someone wants to own or not by the sound of the shape it's in maybe? Depends on how much work needs to put into it.
