We just had a partime driver resign Friday over this , even Yard Dog work is on his logbook , he didn't know and neither did I.
They company he drove for got wind of him moonlighting , nice fella , good driver were sorry to lose him.

Yeah ^^^, If a guy wants to work somewhere else non commercialy to supplement his income... I WOULDN"T SAY A THING..

Log driving your personal vehicle to and from terminal also , you are on duty.
Any conversation with dispatch or shop before departure come off of your 34 reset and log on line 4. -

I did take a temporary job while employed with Swift at the same time. But this is because Swift has had me on suspension for almost two months now and I needed to put food on the table in the meantime. "Don't ask, don't tell" is how I feel about this.
