Don't quote me on this but I was under the understanding that only the statistics and not personal info was public.
There is alot of personal info that is put on a DOT inspection form I would hope it isn't out there for anyone to see.

I typed a post earlier and had to reset and lost it, as far as I know, a law enforcement officer can look at them when inspecting your truck, but the reports are not for the public.

under the freedom of information act only data about a person (ie names, DL and plate numbers, company name, dot number, phone numbers ect )would have to be blocked out, if you are requestion the info, but that info is not blocked out to the law enforcement comunity
