It is company and/or insurance policies. I currently have my 13 year old riding with me for the remaining summer break. 13 years old is what my company requires.

Well I took my mom for 4 days in my truck. Obviously I did not read this post before, and although the topic is about being 18+, I wonder now if my mom who is 60+ should be allowed as passenger in her son's truck...

Hang in there and keep asking him to go. He might be a little worried about you being able to handle the road for weeks at a time. It's tough out here when things don't go right.
Brought my son out when he was 10. I was REAL hesitant at first and put him off for awhile, I finally gave in and we had a FREAKIN blast for 2 whole months!!
He's probably just concerned/worried for you is all. Don't give up. Good luck!!

My mother prefers the comforts of home. She is not interested in being on any truck, so I'm safe.

Hmm well guessin YOU have you're Will in order--& your Mom probably wouldn't do any time---Just tell the authorities that she'd done ALL she could over the years--& she was at her wits end!

    LMAO
