it more than likely a joker who got authority, bought a insurance policy , has let several folks run under the same authority while insuring one truck. they were notified several times for their new entrant audit and ignored them.
insurance isn't any good on revoked authority, this guys are in for some big surprises. if anyone with a brain is leased to someone like this , there would be warning signs by the bushel full,
this is why I say its to easy to get authority.
