    Is there any way to haul thru Canada on a diabetic waiver? I have family in Alaska and was wondering...

    No they outlaw it in early 1990s they cant cross south.we cant cross going north. you must load your truck on the boat and then when you get to alaska you may drive.

    well that's kind of dumb but oh well. you cant just jump on the ferry either driving a semi. I think your trailer has to be under 20 ft anyway

    They have ships that load the whole truck by driving on in WA. and driving off in alaska then your legal to drive to unload,

    Yes, but I would call any province MoT and ask them directly.

    Sorry for delay back on march 31 1999 U S drivers that hold waivers will not be qualified to drive in canada,canadian drivers that have been issued a waiver or exemption by anyone of the provinces or territories will not be qualified to operate a CMV in USA.
