    How many moving violations can you have before a company will hire you? Are they different for each company? Is 4 pts too many ? I always thought it was 6 pts and you couldnt get hired? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    It depends on the company... some allow up to 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, some only 1, etc etc... Just depends on the companies requirement...

    15+ over the speed limit, following too close, no seatbelt, driving while using a handy cellphone, too fast for road condition, unsafe lane change, careless driving are the ones you don't wanna get charged with anything else you are hireable anywhere as long as you have the experience required.
