I have my CDL in Feb 2008, but on MVR says Apr 2012. Finally I figured out. In April 2012 I added Double Triple endorsement and now every insurance company thinks, that I only have CDL from 2012. Very awkward stuff.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

Was this the MVR that your insurance agent got for you? I know a good number of agents go through USIS to get the MVR's etc....at any rate on that report it would show April 2012 but on another line it would show CDL A Original Issue Date: 02/2008

Hope this helps or perhaps you can get a copy of one and check.
