Why cant I have booze or guns in my sleeper berth?

    There's no law against having a firearm in the truck, but there is on the alcohol, anyone telling you there is a law, pull out the full version FMCSA book and tell them to show you where it's at, it's not in there, sorry but there is a law against the alcohol, but my opinion on that? There should be, alcohol alters your state of mind, drink one to many? You might get the idea to drive to another destination in a 80,000 LB vehicle, best of luck

    Read section a 2. It clearly states that if you're in physical control of a cmv, you MAY NOT have alcohol. If you have the keys to that truck, you are in physical control of that truck.
