    question, a company is trying to hire me exclusively, i have my own authority, insurance, plates and ifta, they want me to run under their dot# but use my plates insurance and ifta, is this legal?

    Yes it is legal, though you would need to put "operated by their company name, and their DOT number on both sides of your truck.

    Hopefully the rate would be enough cover all your other exspenses since they want you to cover the rest of it, before you would even consider doing this.
