Failure to produce enough specimen is legally a refusal to test (see 49 CFR part 40). It is then legal to show it on your DAC credit report and it can remain on that DAC for as long as 7-years under the fair credit reporting act, which a DAC report falls under.

NO. It must be a urine test because the Supreme Court required the test to be non-invasive of the human anatomy.
