I listened in school.

Also about the potty breaks I was only suggesting that if no officers were arround do not worry about changing duty status just for taking a leak.

I have never had a problem logging the whole 10 hours as sleeper birth sure I may have been inside the truck stop for about 20 min during that 10 hour but as long as each trip only takes no more than 7 min I did not have to worry about it.
The company policy said anything less than 7 minutes do not change duty status.

I will admit that there were a few times were I was away from the truck longer but that was for showers most of the time I would log as off duty for those

When I actually logged off duty It was for showers, sit down meals not fast food.
