| I had the same situation as you Ron. A few years ago I was driving on the Ohio turnpike and had to slow down at the bottom of a grade due to traffic. As I started to climb the grade traffic cleared and I tried my best to accelerate but I could not get going any better than 40. I engaged the flashers and almost immediately had a local fed ex truck start saying to another fed ex driver to "look out for the guy in the bucket he doesn't know what he's doing". I responded and explained that I was only going 40 in the posted 65 and didn't want to kill anyone. He fired back about how that was stupid. I guess you just can't tell some people anything, even if it's common sense.

| Common sense tells me that if I'm going slower than 45 on an interstate, I should have my flashers on. I see flashing lights, I'm going to slow down, and if I can, lane change, as flashing lights tell me there is something not right up ahead. There I go being logical and using common sense again though!

| flashers in oregon,it's anytime your 20 mph or more below the posted speed limit. But a good idea anyway. Anything I can get my hands on to make myself more visiable to the people around me,I'm there |

| Wow! I never heard any1 complain or tell me that hazards are not to be used when climbing hills or for whatever other reason you may be slow on a highway. That is why they are called hazard lights  |

| I never been up there, but i can tell you i can run the I-17 climb to phoenix (one after the first big drop which is a very long steady climb) doing 70mph with 80k lbs..... I believe its 6%, just split down to direct 17th hold about 1800rpm to keep the exhaust temps down, give it hell and hope the clutch holds lol..... been doing ok so far though.

| Not like you are dropping into the low side of the trans on the hills, if ya are then you need a CAT lol...... I dont know what im pushing HP wise but if i was a betting man id bet its more than double the stock hp the truck came with.... Will see what the dyno spits out in october.
