| It's a matter of saved records. Many companies maintained records for up to 6 months. Voluntarily. Now they're required to. The data can be used during audits, but is primiraly used for accident investigation. Records will include GPS positioning data. Time run for the day. Hard brakes. Speeds, coasting, and a lot of seemingly irrelavent data. You shouldn't have anything to worry about. As long as you run 100% legal at all times.

| ok, so me/we/us dont have to worry about it during a rd side or scale house random inspection? i said that about owning a company, wed use phones, thats how it used to be done, no reason they cant go back to that.

| I know that. My friend who never believes me, will no doubt find this out. I suspect that they will find there was not a 10 hour break between some phone calls that might have hit towers and some others made later in the 24 hour period. |
