You should contact the federal dot regarding this... you will need to make an official report
How? By talking to a "computer"? No thanks! If I could talk to someone person to person, then I could reveal some serious violations about a company. But I refuse to sit down and list dates and names. I ain't doing all their "leg work". I can reveal what this company is doing and it is up to the DOT to go in and "dig out" the violations.

I would love to talk to a DOT official about this one particular company and I am talking about some serious violations.

Send me a P.M. and let me have the company information and the details. I'll forward it to the appropriate people. A compliance review might present some problems for the carrier.
